Most banks offer online banking with bill pay. If yours does, you can set up a bill pay account to pay FCBC Boise.

Many large companies offer a contribution fund, often with Gift Matching. Check with your employer about this possibility and designate funds toward FCBC Boise (we are a registered 501c3 organization).
why we give
Giving is an expression of worship, reflecting hearts that treasure Christ above all else.
At FCBC, our giving flows from love for Jesus and a desire to honor Him with all that we have. It is an act of gratitude, acknowledging God as the source of every blessing, and a way to participate in His work through the church.
As followers of Christ, we recognize that everything we possess ultimately belongs to God. He entrusts us with resources so that we might manage them faithfully, generously, and joyfully. Scripture calls us to return a portion of what He has given us, offering it with hearts of thanksgiving and delight.
How God calls us to give
Scripture provides clear guidance for the character of a faithful giver:
- Generosity – Give freely to bless others. (2 Corinthians 9:6; Acts 20:35)
- Planned and Joyful – Give intentionally with a cheerful heart. (2 Corinthians 9:7)
- Consistency – Give regularly as part of a disciplined life. (1 Corinthians 16:1)
- Heart of Worship – Give with thankfulness, honoring God. (2 Corinthians 9:12; Exodus 25:1-2; 35:21-22, 29)
- First Fruits – Offer the first portion of your income. (Proverbs 3:9-10)
- Proportionate Giving – Give according to how God has blessed you. (2 Corinthians 8:12)
- Love in Action – Demonstrate care for Christ and others through your generosity. (2 Corinthians 8:8-9; 1 John 3:17-18)
- Honoring God – Every gift should glorify Him. (Philippians 4:18)
living out our giving
Stewardship
Faithful stewardship means recognizing that all we have is entrusted to us by God. FCBC strives to handle resources with care and integrity, operating efficiently while meeting the needs of our congregation. We maintain reserves, plan for pastoral support, and monitor giving to ensure long-term health. Every dollar is directed toward ministry and mission.
Benevolence
Jesus said, “By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.” (John 13:35) Through our Benevolence Fund, collected monthly, we provide support to members in need. If FCBC is your church home and you need financial assistance, we invite you to reach out. It is our joy to care for one another practically.
Giving Beyond Ourselves
Generosity extends beyond our local ministry. In addition to what we give directly to missions, FCBC directs 11% of our general fund to global missions. As others sacrifice to support FCBC, we too seek to give sacrificially to advance the Gospel throughout the world.
