Women’s Bible Studies are an excellent avenue to carry out the commands of Titus where we are instructed to have the older women train up the younger women. Bible Studies have proved to be an effective way to generate personal change and discussion around the Scriptures. Please feel free to join one of the following fall studies:
- American Idols: The Personal Idols that Enslave Us. Starts September 9th – Thursdays, 9:30-11:00 a.m. Elaine Tyson and Lisa Wolin will co-lead this 10 week study at Carol Simmons’ home, babysitting provided. To RSVP or for questions, please call Elaine (713-1100).
- Come and feast on the Immeasurable Riches of His Grace. This 10-week study starts September 21, Tuesdays at 7 p.m. at Marcy Fearey’s (761-2602) home and also on Wednesdays, starting September 22 at 9:30 a.m. at Melody Mitchell’s (658-6656) home, where child care is provided. Call Marcy or Melody to secure materials.
- The Power of a Praying Parent. One Saturday morning a month we will meet to discuss the book, share brunch and spend an hour in prayer. No childcare available. Call Megan Beglinger (853-5075) for more information.
